Dedicated to preserving the history of the shrimping industry in the Nation’s Oldest Port, the St. Augustine Seafood Company serves up fresh local seafood in a fast casual dining atmosphere. The restaurant supports local maritime research efforts and displays artifacts and photos from local archives that tell the story of the shrimping industry in St. Augustine. We worked together with local partners to bring this concept to life through every aspect of the interior and the brand. Additionally we designed menus and print materials, custom hot sauce packaging, retail items, and a website.
